1. Acceptance

By accessing or using solpage.xyz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

solpage.xyz provides decentralized profile pages on Solana. Users can claim usernames, receive cryptocurrency tips, and sell digital products. The Service is non-custodial — we never hold your funds or private keys.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts & Wallets

Your Solana wallet is your identity on solpage.xyz. You are solely responsible for securing your private keys.
One wallet may claim one username. Username claims are final; releasing a username permanently frees it.
Premium usernames (3-char: 0.1 SOL, 4-char: 0.05 SOL) require a one-time non-refundable payment.
We reserve the right to reclaim reserved usernames at any time without compensation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules
Sell illegal goods or services, CSAM, or any content that violates third-party rights
Impersonate individuals, brands, or entities in a deceptive way
Attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the platform infrastructure
Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent transactions

6. Payments & Fees

Tips are peer-to-peer transactions. solpage.xyz charges 0% on tips.
Product sales incur a 2% platform fee automatically deducted at the contract level.
Pro subscription fees (3m: 0.15 SOL, 12m: 0.50 SOL) are non-refundable once granted.
All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Verify recipient addresses before sending.

7. Product Sales & Delivery

Creators are solely responsible for delivering purchased products. solpage.xyz provides the delivery mechanism (email + access link) but does not guarantee product quality or delivery success. Buyers should contact creators directly for disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant solpage.xyz a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Do not post content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. solpage.xyz IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK FAILURES, WALLET COMPROMISE, OR SMART CONTRACT BUGS. CRYPTOCURRENCY VALUES ARE VOLATILE — USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, solpage.xyz SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR CRYPTOCURRENCY.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the platform.
